About the event
Begin with a short meditation to set a warm and safe space. Each person will be given an oppoortunity to share openly with the circle about anything that is meaningful and conscious to the group. Dreams, limitations, personal wins or insites to unpack, you are held with compassion and kindness from others in the group. Other's are invited to send messages of encouragement or curiousity for the speaker to recieve afterwards. Deepening the connection of the circle.Â
The circle will close with a theme to take away and consider as a guiding reflection between each session if you choose it.Â
There is a private group chat which can be joined for those seeking to connect with community.Â
