My roots are set in the countryside of England and the mountains of the Sunshine Coast, Gabi Gabi Land, in Australia. I learnt from an early age the remedies of running barefoot in nature and, with my mother's openness to spirituality, was immersed in energy healings, herbal medicines and access to mystical tools.

It was in my later school years where I began my interest for psychology that I was able to really begin to know myself and find meaning for the world around me. Psychology gave me a framework to begin understanding not only myself, but the world I was experiencing. I continued this pathway through my Bachelor's degree and Masters of Psychotherapy, filled with gratitude for the foundations these learnings offered me. However, there was a side not yet explored, and I was feeling the gap.

I became fascinated with finding the parallels of both worlds. Where psychology ended, spirituality offered expansion. Where spirituality lacked validity, psychology is increasingly supporting through science. We are experiencing a harmonising of two worlds, and I am very much excited and here for it. 

​

I spent my 20's dedicated to knowing me, knowing others and building a strong foundation for life. I worked with young people and with victims of abuse. I travelled as often as I could, finding my truth of who I am in solo adventures. I have travelled extensively across many countries and cultures, learning a raw truth, that there is no one way to live or be, but many expressions of the human experience and it is only with harmony of the land, seas, nature and cosmos that we reach enlightened fulfilment.

It was in 2020 that I became more serious about my awakening into the spiritual world. After a car accident I was given the gift to dive deeper into myself than I had previously known i could explore, I mean, perhaps had I been more aware of my planetary positions, I could have seen it coming. I opened myself to the evolution to Serve as a healer and awaken my gifts of energy reading, healing and transmutation. I accepted the calling to show up of service for humanity, and honoured the calling by beginning Inner Glow. Deepening my connection to Mother Earth, I pursued a pathway to explore Shamanic philosophy, mostly guided by the elements and Nature herself, I spent many moon sitting in meditation to listen to the guidance, wisdom and receive the medicine of the elements, Moon, Sun, animals and Spirits. With experience and support from mentors and high vibrational community

As my work has progressed in the healing of the unconscious aspects of the psyche, I began to tap into deep energy healing that has been unfolding before me. Taking some time to pause and expand my awareness of the vast realms and dimensions we are experiencing, I opened up to receive the connection to the Quantum Field. Here I have found my psychic gifts, most presently is Clairsentience, with strong connections to Claircognisance and Clairvoyance. I have journeyed with the larger concepts of our reality, understanding duality, love, death, and transcendence. My Light Language has been emerging as I connect with the Source Light regularly in meditation.

I have a purpose here on this earthly plane, and it is to show up as compassion and to share the message and wisdom of compassion with all I encounter. A healer, a lightworker, an energy transmuter, a counsellor, a yoga teacher, a meditation guide - all labels I can give myself, but at the core of it all, I am a Soul here to connect with and support other Soul's however that needs to be.
